Lots of good parts there... You may want to look at the frame, the way the front fender and the bumper. Could be a great builder and/or parts truck...

My 48 was in a little better shape but not much better. I bought in late 2002 and started on it in the Spring of 2003...



Three years later I had it to this point...



Most of the fun in owning an old truck is bringing it back. After I got mine to this point I was ready to bring another one back anyway so I sold it...

Thanks for all of the advice, I think I'll have to go take another look at it and talk with the owner (my little brother's soon to be father-in-law). He didn't think they still had the title. I think he said it had been his dad's truck. Now I just need to make it back to Kansas to get it up out of the dirt and check the frame out.

Buy it, it will drive you crazy, make you cry, take all your money, but you won't be able to get her off your mind. Sounds a little like a woman doesn't it. Besides you only live once.
