Just wondering what the symptoms are because my 250 is vibrating and its not the tires or wheel bearings. Could it be a stuck caliper but idk if it would still vibrate when not hitting the pedal

 

you probably won't feel it as a vibration. you might hear a little scrape when the pads hit the rotor and you have the windows open. this is how i've heard it before. plus the vibration when hitting the brakes.

Can you describe the vibration better? Is is on acceleration? at a certain speed? is it there when braking? Do you feel it in the steering wheel?

 

Friend of mine had a buick that the rotors were so warped it cause a vibration all the time. Changed everything out and everything was better.

 

does the truck pull one way?

 

It happens the worst at 40-45 mph when im just tapping the gas or not hitting it at all. When i get into the gas it seems to stop. I replaced the rear u joints last year. I also have 2 bad ball joints up front. I can throw it into neutral while its vibrating and it dosent go away. The whole inside of the cab vibrates and has always pulled slightly to the right

 

Does it do it all the time ? My truck started doing this 3 days ago. First time on the hiway. Then the last two times almost at the same spot down the road from the house (3-4 miles out ). I can get it to stop with a stab of the breaks -or two. I do know I had one of the fronts dragging b4 this. Im thinking its the rotor. I dont really know though and I wont have time to get to it till a week form Sunday. IF you find the issue or if mine sounds similar, post your findings. If not I will post mine ..

Also note: Mine does not pull and the ball joints are good.

My F350 did this but violent ended up being the stabilizer. Also needed ball joints but, the stabilizer fixed it b4 it got the rest of the parts.

 

Some reason now its not doing it nearly as bad but im goona replace the ball joints and see
