auto to manuel swap

my trucks tranny and engine are coming up over 200,000 miles and i was wondering when my tranny goes how hard would it be to have a manuel put in it?

need a manual pedal assembly. All the clutch hydralics, fly wheel? manual trans of course, clutch parts, possible drive shaft length modifications.
