Of course there's something unknown out there. I just don't know what it is.

It helps to "get around some".

Sean sure does!

Was a busy Saturday, but also squeezed in a visit to this wild place. We've been here before, just not from this vantage point.

Hi guys and gals.
Just got back from a real nice place.
Pretty obvious to most of you where this is so lets be a little more specific.
Last one is a gimme
Had a great time with buds.
Lotsa climbing, lotsa fast flat washboard roads in the back country.
Only broke a muffler hanger.

WooHOO back to Gods country; from last to first: 5. Teakettle Junction, 4. Saline Valley Road looking down on Panamint valley, 3. Hunter mtn Road? or continuing down Saline valley road into the Saline valley, 2. halfway up Lippencott rd; lotsa pucker factor there in that F100! 1. And finally top of Lippencott after you caught some rays at the playa; racetrack playa.

Next time bring that Meyer moldboard and smooth out the Lippencott!

Looks nice and green up there. I've stayed at Panamint Springs resort (term used loosely), in July -that swamp cooler got the room down to 85. A very large goblet of beer (2qt?) seemed to quell and discomfort from the heat.

Yes it was nice on top of Hunter. Temp was perfect (about 75).
The Springs is a great place to regroup and have some food and a cool one.
And I agree about the "resort", but it's cool.
The valley floors were in the nineties this week so it was great. Any altitude at all and it cooled right down.
I'm re wiring my truck now for dual batts and lighting. Can't wait to go back.

That is the Los Angeles Civic Center and City Hall.

Tbh, I cheated and googled it, lol. This thread is way too educated for people like me.
