Machining question,cam installation

I want to install crane 343901 cam, I was at crane website I think and it mentioned machining the head with some tool I couldn't find in the searcher. What are they talking about? If I switch to this cam can I keep the same rocker assembly I got on my 390 now?

Machining question,cam installation

That is only required for installing their valve stem seals. Your stock seals will work. You rocker setup should handle it.
