im all for posting as many pictures as you want. my thinking was that usually how forums are designed that they usually have a set number of posts until it goes to a new page (say 10 posts per page). if you limit a post to three pictures then the most pics you could get on a single page would be 30 versus if everyone posted 5 pictures and there being 50 pictures. the 30 would load faster for those with slower connections.

either way i dont really care. all i do is scroll through and look at the pics. i just though since someone brought up rules for it i outa throw in my $0.02 for those with slower connections. i like to ask people questions about their trucks too. i dont see a problem with that. its just every now and then youll get a page of nothing but talking and no pics but youll have that.

 

I like to read the comments, unless people get off on a tangent, then I usually skip and move along till theirs more pictures. If their talking about the trucks that are shown, it makes the pictures more enjoyable.

As per using phones to read the forum. I've speed tested my phone at just under 4Mbs which is actually faster than our DSL line is capable off (due to our distance from the cource). So really, using your phone shouldn't be a set back. I don't think.

 

phones isnt a set back. i think my iphone is faster than one of my computers at home. there being a mobile version for this site helps out alot too.

Didn't say there couldn't be changes to anything I recommended. It was just an idea. Probably wouldn't happen at all. We just need some organization to some of these threads.

We could also have a random thread for posting pics talking about whatever kinda like the what have you done to your truck thread.

 

We could make a "One pic per person no comment thread" and then make a "thumbnail sized picture thread for phone users". We could always make a thread for each color truck so you dont have to look at colors you dislike.

 

Or if we get that carried away we might as well have everyone just start a NEW thread for every truck
