Mine came in after my back surgery. Wife thinks it could be due to changing spinal pressures. Went to the doc yesterday to see about getting prescription meds, had a ct scan, blood work, nothing unusual. Tried a migraine shot, seemed ok at first, but it came back with a vengeance later. I can go for months with out them, then get them regularly for a while, then go for a long time again without them.
