ok so i hate my standered black side mirrors on my 94 f150 so my buddy sold me some of his chrome ones. so i took all the torque bit screws out and i thought it would just pop off but as i got to looking at it more part of the mirror goes down into the door. can anyone tell me how to take them off?

 

you have to take the door panel off and unscrew the piece that comes off the mirror from the inside part of the door.
