Intercooler Pipes

Is there anyone making a kit for the pipes to support the 99 powerstroke intercooler swap into my 97 F250? Thanks in advance....

I got a set of pipes off e-bay. A guy makes them, and they are a good fit and look good. They cost me $160 if I remember right. I just looked none listed now.

I think the Banks pipes might work alright. You can also look up GTS Motorsports. I think Geoff makes a pipe kit, but not sure on the fitment of them since I've never seen a set.

Put simply drops your egts when u start to get big sticks or a chip, or if your towing heavy loads. keeps u from melting a piston if u stay above 1250? for to long.

uhh kinda the ic pipes feed into two spots, 1) the intake plenums and 2) the tubro right above the intake houseing. if you look at ur stock y-pipe u will see i connects both of those together, but the ic has a pipe for each to put cold air into your turbo and plenums. heres kinda what im talking about lol a pic is worth a thousand words i guess OBS 7.3 IC Pics - PowerStrokeNation

Actually for those who don't know what the intercooler does, it cools the air that is super heated by the turbo. The cooled air is more dense so more fits into the cylinder for compression. Also, the cooler air has more oxygen which makes for more efficient cumbustion, making more power. Know for the part I don't understand. Why do the powerstrokes have the spider? The big diesels push the air out of the turbo, through the heat exchanger, into the intake. Will that work ok on our engines?
