Okay guys, so a few months back our 08 expedition's read DVD player started saying bad disc occasionally...then we got rear-ended and had our truck in the shop for a few weeks. After we got it back, (but of course not until 7 days later), the DVD player is no longer recognized by the head unit. The only option shown on the front screen is "DVD AUX". There is power to the rear unit, but aside from showing the Ford logo, it doesn't do anything else.

Also, strangely enough, since we got it back, every time you turn the truck on, the input switches from whatever the head unit is set to, straight to DVD aux. if I switch it to CD or whatever, it will always switch back to DVD AUX once, and only once more, until the vehicle is turned off, and then it will do it again on restarting... VERY odd. Anyone ever hear of this sort of craziness?
