Thanks for the link, but I must be blind, unless I missed something there was not anything mentioned about the VIN # on the trucks that had the tires. Does it only go by the DOT serial #s. The reason I ask is because the reimbursement forms has a blank for the Truck VIN#.

Yeah, that is what I would do, put your vin down. As I recall the form that I had to submit I had to write down my vin. They verifiy the vin with ford..that is was built during that time and came with the type of tires under recall.

It's Christmas!
After submitting my letter and invoice, calling three/four times and faxing my stuff to them I got a letter today.
"We have carefully reviewed your reimbursement request and have approved reimbursement for 5 tires totaling $1329.00. A check will be mailed to you separately from this letter"
So since I had already replaced mine with real tires they are giving me 250 a tire plus tax and the disposal fee.
Gotta stay on them!

My truck was ordered with the black sidewall ALL TERRAIN these tires couldnt get traction on wet pavement nevermind wet grass or snow....
