Actually if they're out of a 99 Super Duty it should be a DANA 60 front and a Visteon Sterling 10.50" rear.
In 1985, the Sterling axle was developed to replace the Dana 60 and Dana 70. From 85'-97' the axle had a ring gear that measured 10.25" until it was upgraded 1999 to the 10.50" version that exists in todays Super Dutys. The carrier was also upgraded to a 3 pinion carrier but remained interchangeable between the two sizes. The 10.50" is still used today only now with an available locking differential.
Just some FYI and my .02
