I fought the ;ow oi; pressure problem for weeks. tried engine flushes to no avail. I knew the engine was pretty cruddy inside from the previous owners lack of maintenance.

I broke down and had the engine rebuilt. since it had 143K on it. My engine builder had to replace the oil screen pick up tube due the plugging, and he had to run wire brushes through all of the oil passages. The engine is being reinstalled as I type this. I am hoping it will be ready by sunday and we shall see what happens!
