I have a stock 04 Excursion limited with a couple questions:

One of my headlights is brighter than the other, so I assume it is time to replace the bulbs. Any recommendations on the best bulb to get?

Also, my a/c is not working because the a/c clutch doesn't kick on. I checked the fuse but was wondering if there is a relay to check before I move to the air gap. I have searched the HVAC forum and have not found anything about a relay. I looked in the owners manual and didn't see anything about a relay in there either.

One light being brighter than the other tends to make me believe poor ground on the dim light. As far as nice bulbs are concerned I like the Piaa's or a nice 5k HID kit

 

Sylvania Cool Blue are good, one probably was replaced and brighter.
Is it low on refrigerate (r134A) won't work if so?

 

The A/C clutch won't kick on if there is a shortage of freon.
