Just noticed the other day that the passenger side front fender isn't lined up similarly to the left side fender and hood. This is a 2008. Anyone have similar issues fixed by a dealer? My bumper-to-bumper warranty is ending soon, and might as well try to get all the little things done before that happens.
Yep. Rear passenger side door and back liftgate were not properly aligned on my 2010 Expy. The dealership's body shop fixed them under warranty (car only had 1000 mi.). Surprising they passed the quality control checks. Also 2 rear bumper panels (plastic parts) had peeling paint which was also taken care of under warranty. Annoying to say the least. My dealer told me they will pretty much fix anything cosmetic/minor under warranty in the 1st 12 months, then its' harder to get warranty approval for things other than major items. Haven't read the fine print of the warranty to see if this advice is consistent with the warranty contract.
