New Coil Packs = Better MPG?

My V-10 pick up has 180000 miles on it. It seems to run good but I am wondering if replacing all the coil packs would help the MPGs? Anyone with experience on this?

no it wont..

the coils either work and fire the plugs properly or they fail and will cause misfires and eventualy a CEL..

replacing all teh COPs is something you do for peace of mind..i did all 10 of mine when i did plug change.. didnt want the hassle of having to replace COPs after teh fact.
