Belt tensioner pulley

My belt tensioner pulley is worn, it is loose and the belt comes off. Is this a replaceable part from ford? Or do you have to replace the entire tensioner? Also is the bolt that holds the pulley on right or let hand thread?

Can't remember if it's right or left hand thread, but I believe you can replace the pulley alone. I replaced the tensioner and pulley. Didn't really want to play around with that.

It could be much worse. I just changed the tensioner on my '97 buick and it has coolant lines running through it and it also the mount for the alternator AND you have to disconnect a motor mount to get the serpentine belt on/off.
