1999 F-350 Front Add-A-Leaf placement

I have never did a front add a leaf but I bought a kit from someone with no instructions and need to know the placement of the add a leaf. It is a rough country add a leaf. i think it would go on the bottom since it is shorter than the two front factory springs but wanted to check with you guys first.

The pack should go from longest leaf at the top to shortest at the bottom.

The top two factory leaves being the exception - they remain exactly as is. Looped end (shackle mounts) at very top, super long flat leaf right below it.
