roll pans and pics

I need two things guys/gals:

One, pics of a slick with a roll pan. Custom fabed or purchased. Im tossing around the idea.

Two, any drawings, animated pics or coloring type pages of slicks?? Making a book for my son

Sal, maybe these will do, just (right click) and "save picture as" to your computer.

I'm interested in a roll pan as well grant customs has an affordable one, but no pictures of it

I had mine built at a local sheet metal shop, cost $75. I do not have a piture right now, I got it off to put a trailer hitch on.

from what i have read you can cut a top rail from a styleside, turn it upside down and weld it in place. the contour is a good match.

Bill, when you say top rail, do you mean top of the bed side?

It seems to me that making your own roll pan is a bit of a waste of time, with quite a few different brands available pretty inexpensively on the market. sure if you have an old donor bed lying around ripe for the picking then you are only spending money on a bit of angle iron and such for mounting purposes, but are the man hours that you spend worth the headache, when you can get a bolt in or weld in application? I was going to swap out originally the heavy duty bumper for a NOS stock looking rear bumper. Seeing the roll pans on a few different slicks, I like the clean look of the shaved and filled tailgate with the roll pan. But why go through the headache of trying to make something fit, when you can buy a bolt on application premade to fit perfectly? Just My opinion!
