Question 400m-429 ci

Will the flexplate from a 429 ci engine fit on a c6 from a 400m or will I need to use 400m flexplate?

Goodold71, Are you installing a 429 in a vehicle where there was once a 400? And are you meaning, will the flexplate from a 429 mate up to the torque convertor bolt pattern on a C-6 that was mated to a 400 engine?

It should work fine. You need to keep the 429 flexplate with the 429 engine.

You can not use the flexplate from a 400 on a 429.
