I have an older model JCPenny front tine rototiller that needs a seal in the gear box. It's a 5hp, 26" wide, model 3008. Anyone here have any idea as to who made this tiller for JCPenny? If I'd have to guess it was made in the seventies or early eighties.
Sure a spoonful of Draino will clean you out, but it will also leave you feeling kind of hollow inside...
MTD is the source for parts I would check out. MTD made alot of the catalog store (Sears, JC Penny, Montgomery Ward) small equipment back in the day.
