2009 Expy, when the A/C is turned on I have a vent door that just clicks about 10 to 15 times then it stops for awhile. 5 minutes down the road it will click another 10 to 15 times. It seems to be getting worse all the time.

Anyone know how many $$$ to fix this woodpecker?

Common problem blend door gear is stripped. You have to take the entire dash apart to fix a 25 cent part(what it costs to make). Search ford blend door.
