My '89 is the same way.. front windows are both power, but rear doors are crank windows.. I don't think they were all power until 92+ ? You'd have to put new switch panels in your drivers door, and wire up the back ones seperately.. sounds like a lot of work for me.. I don't care for power windows, more to go wrong.. I wish all of my windows were hand crank..

When I get done with this truck, it'll be close to a 2000 something dually for a fraction of the price, including being able to handle towing an stopping 25k lbs.(10k rear springs, 5k airlift bags, 4k front's). Reverse cams an gps on 7" screen, digital dash, heated seats, custom roof console w/4 speakers an dvd player. If there's enuff left in the budget, I may make it 4x4 w/electronic transfer case an d60.

As Brad pointed out, you will need a harness from a PW CC, along with the motors, a drivers PW CC door panel (not made in a 87-91 style, and OBSOLETE!!!! in a 92 up style) rear PW door panels ($220 pair on Ebay if you can find your color, they are also obsolete and a few NOS left available) and some wiring work to adapt the rear harness into your existing harness.
Unless you are really dying to use factory parts, and have a donor truck handy, I would suggest using a aftermarket PW kit, getting a couple 92-97 CC door panels off Ebay, mounting the dual control wherever you want it in the front (console, dash, etc) and then using the switches that will come in the NOS door panels in the back.
I am currently converting my 94 CC over to PW/PL using a donor harness from a 95 CC. If you want an idea what using/adapting factory parts from a donor looks like 1/2way thru, here you go

thx for the pics ward, this is gonna be a pain in the b_ _ ls, isnt it
i'm also thinking about going to a psd or at least 460. Dont really think a 351 is gonna handle 20k lbs too good. All depends on the budget an if i can get donor trucks, especially for the psd
does the front driver door have a 4 window switch on 95-97's ? i already have 4 dr pl's

fordcummins.com - Increase Horsepower with Ford Cummins Diesel conversion kits
They have all the adapters to put a cummins diesel into that old crew cab. A major power upgrade with the reliability 2nd to none!!!!
Also... You can wire in factory rear windows without the factory harness... All you need is the pannels, motors and guts for a power window... Once you have all the guts installed you have to run power off your fuse box to the rear switch... Then the switch can operate the window up and down... This is alot less work and allows you to have power windows... The only problem is that this is "independent wiring" which means you can't roll the rear windows down from the drivers seat... But then again you can't right now as it is...

A-1 Cardone is $253.79 each for refurbs making it $2030.32 and thats also assuming you send cores back in...
I was rock bottom pricing... I don't think anyone can get refurb PSD injectors in for under $1200... I'm sure paying a shop for install of refurbs could cost you at least $2000 if not $3000...

and you'll still get about 4-8mpg with that gas monster... I'd spend $3000-$6000 and get a 5.9 cummins conversion and just be done with it. Cheaper parts and better more reliable power for the long haul. Not to mention your mpgs will be way better!
Also if your budget is low... You can rebuild a 7.3L Diesel and put a turbo on it later... Then you still get PSD power, mpgs, and cheaper parts.
