Could be tire rub or wheel bearings or many other things. Jack the front axle up and try to wiggle the wheel left and right and up and down, Put your hand in the 12 and 6 o'clock position an try to wiggle the wheel and then in the 3 and 9 o'clock position.

Does it sound like metal on metal or something else. Is it lifted with bigger tires that are rubing on the springs or bumper?

Yep, these ...
Don't laugh to much until you try it.
They might be snug so tighten them up another turn or so.

O yeah sure sorry kinda new to this so its a F250 7.3L Turbo 2WD 1997 with almost 20,000 miles on it with no lift its a work truck. There isnt any rubbing or anything To my knowing. I took off the tire look and then looked with the tired on. I know this was kinda stupid of me wasnt thinking cuz i felt so unstopable in this ford truck >.< but i hopped a curb not very fast but shouldve been more carefull.
