2011 Bronco?

Anybody heard anymore about the Bronco going into production?

That was a rumor circulating for a while, but I'm pretty skeptical, especially since the Ranger plant in Minnesota is closing.

But I did find this sweet fanart render of a Raptor-based Bronco. Like that Weezer song, right? "Only in dreams..."

If it will look like that pic from streetsidestig they should built it. Lotsa guys want a real Ford offroader. Now that the explorer has gone soft, theres room for a heavy duty Jeep rival.

I agree. The Explorer is definitely much more of a road vehicle now. A raptor-based SUV would be amazing.

Wow! a new updated Bronco fullsize 4x4 would be awesome...
...especially if it had a removable hardtop....
...or FOLD-DOWN SOFT TOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would only want one if it was as capable as any Bronco before it and a little more economical to drive than the FSB's

The trouble is, I'm not sure that it would. It seems like the market for big, tough SUVs died out a while ago. Today's SUVs are mostly mall crawlers and family transports. I can't see alot of people wanting this more than the Raptor Supercrew.
