Need Help from the ZF6 Guys

Did a small mod on my shifter lever today and when I removed the shifter boot I came across this, It is the seal under the shifter boot. Was wondering if anybody has one they can or would like to part with?

I would guess you could order one from Ford. Another thought is to call Midwest transmission and see if they will sell one or tell you where to order it.

Mine's ok at best. What do you guys use for a really stubby phillips screw driver for the front two screws? Any better ways of doing it? I hate those screws. And I know I don't have it sealing as well as before my new clutch and trans went in a few months ago.

I think the only way to get this is to buy the whole boot/trim ring. I had to replace my whole set up because the plastic had broken in two places. it came with the boot, plastic trim ring and inner "seal"

I think this is true, I ordered one from Ed a while back when I tore it doing the clutch. I tried to reuse it but it leaked.
