Stock 88 F-350 dually chassis that used to be my work truck till the cab fell off. went 380,000 miles in that truck so this way I can have my old truck and a 49 like I always wanted. I built the cummins to go into my 450 when the powerstroke died but it shows no signs of doing that so this way I get to use the cummins and have fun with it. Biggest thing with this is I want to pull my 30' goosenck trailer with it so its got to have plenty of power (320hp) ride good stop good and be able to buy parts for and I didnt think I could do that with the stock frame and suspension plus a friend? said it couldnt be done

Sounds like you're gonna load that thing, I'm sure you're planning a "fanned" transmission cooler too?

I'm using a Baumann controller for my E4OD. I haven't even got the cab off the frame yet!!

I am going to use an engine mounted 6 blade 19" clutch fan on mine but I'll be using a similar (or the same) trans cooler above.

With the fan on it you can mount it anywhere. I'll also put a spin-on (similar to the one below)..........filter in the same line.

The above is the one that the Allison 1000 uses......

By the way, let me apologize for the thread hijack

.............I hope some or all of this info is helpful to your project!!!
