Mud flaps
What did you guys do to mount them securley.
Im wanting to put some smaller 9x11 or something mud flaps with a ford emblem on them.
But i want them to on there very well so as not flop around alot.
Can you post pictures of what you did?

whats a mud flap for? never heard of such a thing lol......... i think most guys just mount them to the fender lip you could also just fab some brackets up alot of us guys around here just use bailer belt its cheap to replace when ya tear em off

I didn't mount mine, but from what I can remember they're mounted to angle iron.
If I remember later today I'll take a image of how they're mounted.

Ya those arent quite what im looking for. Im wanting to mount some smaller ones to protect the body more than my trailer.

I'm kinda interested in this too. I want them up in front of the tail pipe, but I need some pritty hefty sized ones to do any good at all...

I like the top one. It sticks out a tad farther than i want mine to. How did they mount it specifically?
Obiously screwed it to the fender lip. But what about the part that protrudes farther into the wheel well. How was that suported to reduce the flopping around?

They are both FORD OEM mudflaps. They are both held on with the included sheet metal screws. The mudflap is rigid enough there is no need for additional support
the smaller ones are # E7TZ 16A550 And are 12x18

Mine are rivited to a aluminum bar, bolted under the box sides and side of frame rail.
