Yeah, the narrowest available today are the 9" while back then you could get both 7" and 8". Stu

Anybody know when the 176" wb trucks first came out? They're not listed in the 1948 Operator's Manual - 158" is the longest. As you can see Singer there is a bit of variation with these trucks.

I have a 52 F6 176" and it takes 40 acres to turn it around.

The 1949 Hildy's shows the 176". That's the earliest I have that shows it.

Here's the charts for the F-4 cab/chassis and stake bed as well as the F-5 cab/chassis and F-5 COE since I had room on the scanner. Stu

Thanks for the scans and info. So it didn't take farmers long to demand a longer box for fewer trips to/from the field.

Howdy,
I have a 55 F-600 with 9.00-20's installed and they don't rub.......But they're close!

And if it were me doing what you're doing, I'd find an F-6

Cheers,

Rick

If I were doing it again I'd have either an F-8 or an F800!!

Not yet, I really haven't had time to look around for a truck. Hopefully when the weather turns cold I will get more time to dig around
