Do you mean a rebuilt transmission?
Ford dealers sell Ford remanufactured transmissions that are good. They have all the latest upgrades etc done to them and dont usually seem to be much more expensive than aftermarket rebuilds. I would caution against using the price as the only factor in your decision. Lots of cheap rebuilds aren't worth it.
