I have people interested in my 1979F250 Ranger XLT crewcab. I have no idea what its worth. See it under canda250 parents truck. It is unrestored conditon. It has a 460 motor so I don't start it any more.Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Its hard to tell from pictures what a truck might be worh because a lot of times they dont show rust. But a running driving truck is worh at least a grand if not beat up, one with nice paint and interior 2500-3000. Don't expect someone to give you more than that for a totally stock truck unless it is like it rolled off the show room floor.

How come you dont start the truck because it is a 460. That is the worst thing you can do to a motor is to let it sit with out starting. gaskets will dry out on the carb then they will leak, gas goes bad, oil runs off the cylinder walls and causes valve springs to get weak.
