Leveling Kit?

I want to install a leveling kit on my truck in order to clear the new 35x12.5's I am planning on buying. Does it make a difference which brand of leveling kit I buy? I also am beginning to think my shocks are shot. I plan on putting Bilstiens on it at the same time I am doing all this. I searched the forum but didn't really see a thread that talked about different brands of leveling kits. Let me know what brand you used and why. Thanks!

You asking about brands or types? 03 and 04 had leaf's. 05,06 and 07's had coil springs. I belive that most all of the coil kits are made the same way. The leaf's has like 3 types you can get. Add-a-leaf's suck...mini packs work well or full front spring replacement. I've heard those make a stiff ride. But I've never driven in a truck with one installed. Currently my truck has a add-a-leaf which the prior owner installed has a horrible ride and very little lift. I bought 2.8 inch a mini spring pack off of ebay for $90.00. I need to get that on. If your trucks year is in your sig my phone doesn't show sig's so sorry if this is all rambleings.

What does anyone think about the 2" shackle kits that can be found on eBay?? I'm sure they aren't the preferred way, but are they decent? I shackle lifted an old Jeep years ago with no problems, but I know that my F350 weights just a few more pounds that that Jeep did! ;-)

example kit: 2" 99-04 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty Leveling Lift Kit - eBay (item 230590116651 end time Mar-26-11 09:28:56 PDT)

My truck is an 05. I was assuming I needed the coil spring spacers and was more so wondering if there was some quality that made one better than another. I am under the impression that a spacer is a spacer. Am I wrong?
