v10 apart in gallery

for those looking into turboing a v10 here is why i say don't! check out the gallery i just put up. note how the crank is cut and off set right untop of each throw. it is the weakest link along with the long thin rods and supper short piston skirts.
while there are a few guys who did install the blower kits when they were around, they limited them to only 7 pounds .above that the cast pistons failed by melting or the rods failed . a main reason no one makes a kit any more.

the shots are not mine but from a long mia member who used to post a few years back. though his work i learned truely where the weak points are and strengh of the block

As long as you don't try and push to much power out of them they are fine boosted.
