If any of you guys want/need one...
I was cleaning out my basement earlier today, and found a box of parts for my truck. In that box was a 1bbl Electronic Feedback Carburetor, so if any of you guys need one, I've got one that I'll send to you for the cost of shipping.
Also in that box of parts was a 1bbl Holley Pro-Jection Electronic Fuel Injection system that bolts onto the intake manifold. I've got the whole system, fuel injector/throttle body and the control box/computer, minus the plugs (which I should be able to find if I dig through the box of wires that I removed when I did my Duraspark II conversion) and if I look hard enough around here, I'll probably be able to find the owner's manual/wiring diagrams. So, if anybody wants it, let me know.
Now that I think about it, in that box of wires, there's also an EEC-IV computer that, to my knowledge, still works...

Is that carb a Carter YF or something else. Got any details on the carb? Mighty neighborly of you to give away for the cost of shipping. I would be REALLY interested in the carb. Please give me dibs on the carb till I hear back from you on the carb details. Thanks a ton, Mike

It should work on a stock '66, and for that matter, any other 4.9L that doesn't have a TFI/EEC-IV ignition with the computer. The Pro-Jection EFI system has its own stand-alone computer and if used with a factory TFI/EEC-IV computer, it won't run right no matter what you do to it. But, like I said, it should work on a stock '66, as the engine isn't computer controlled.

If McYondan decides that carb is not for him, I would be interested. I have the stock electronic feedback system in my '86 300-I6, and plan to keep it that way. So I could use a stock 1BBL electronic feedback carb (Carter) as a backup to rebuild. Scalladaballa on this site was also looking for one of these. Thanks, just let me know.

Hi DTL, any luck finding the rest of the parts for that EFI? Just trying to figure out if I need to buy a new carb or not. Thanks.
