Need some background info first.
What year is your truck?
What Engine do you have?
Auto or Manual trans?
Do you have 4wd?
And because this is an exhaust question I would also add what cab and bed size you have as well.

97 epxy with a 5.4 4wd. in the process of a PI head/intake/cam swap, cat back is TBD i would like a magnaflow if funds allow, (mach 1 comes first haha) but its prolly gonna be flowmaster, either way its 3" all the way back. i dont need to run converters where i live so that hepls too. i have a custom CAI and plan on dyno tuning the truck in a couple months for premium fuel since compression bumps to around 10.4:1 with the new heads, im looking for 300/380 at the flywheel figures (250/310 rwhp/tq) give or take 10 hp. id like the truck to be able to run solid 15's n/a.

I have heard good thing from people running the OBX headers. There great headers for the price.
You will get a power increase from any long tube header. About 30HP and 35 torque.

But good luck hitting 15s. You will be lucky to see a 15.99

My sig truck runs a 16.1 with the setup in the signature. Thats with 32.5 tires and 3.55 gears though.

The OBX system is a very nice system. I would recommend using OEM exhaust gaskets though. I believe that i have one of the OBX ones leaking.

That will help.
That's a very heavy truck.Probably 6K+ pounds.

When I had my first blower kit with 5PSI of boost I only ran a 14.99

Thanks.
I pissed off a few Mustang guys for sure.
Never ran against a vet or viper...lol

I'm hoping to break an 11.50 next time at the track.
After that ,they'll want me to put a cage in it and I'm not going to.

Y pipe very well could be different. Theres no way to know for sure. Its probably different because the headers them selves are a different shape due to the clearance difference for a Truck/Mustang.
