2000 F550 2-opt add for increase in payload?

2000 F550 2-opt add for increase in payload?
Question, on the specs between F450 and F550, the F550 has a 1-std payload package for a GVWR 17,500lbs and a 2-opt package for a GVWR of 19,000lbs.
I believe the 2-opt is for flatbeds but is it for the dump bodies also?
Does anyone know what is added or part of the 2-OPT Payload Package?
I get lots on newer trucks, not much on older ones in my search.

Ford Truck Enthusiasts - 2000 Ford Super Duty Specifications this might help, its the 2000 specs scroll down and it list standard and max payload for 450 and 550 to be the same?? but someone will chime in with more info
