Exhaust

Ok...simple question:
Does removing the stock exhaust REALLY make a difference ? I've heard open from turbo back (4")...I've heard just take the cat off...and various other setups. Any real world stories ? Thanks.

Oh...stock 05 F350 SD CC 4x4 DRW (6.0)

if you plan on tuning it at all i would put an exhaust on. if your leaving it stock i would just gut the cat to be honest with you. you might see mgp's increase slightly you might not just depends

If you tow heavy....straight pipe it 4"! EGT's lowered by ALOT at WOT.

If you just want exhaust to have exhaust....put a 4" turbo back on it and call it good.
