I never heard of it either but i have seen what cold weather can do to diesel fuel. This stuff is supposed to fix gelled fuel and fuel filters?
The web sit says for Canada you can buy it at Walmart or canadian tire. In the US most of the parts chains like NAPA and Carquest carry it as does Tractor Supply, I would call Tractor Supply to see if they have any.?
