I have the full dash from a 1997 F-350 gasser.
4X4 is on floor with a lever. Not sure about rear window switch either.

Thanks Neal, but that won't work. If the bezel didn't originally have the electric switch in the bezel, then Ford used a bezel that doesn't have the screw mounting posts on the backside. No way for me to mount my switches.
