Wow,,this is getting confusing.

He has an 07. Different plug problem all together.
The 3V gets stuck in the head.
The 2V blow out.
Good gravy yes-----wonder if there's a middle ground somewhere between?

Maybe we can lobby Ford and beg for the return to cast iron heads? <!-- / message -->

3 valve heads - the easiest approach, to put the possible breakage dilemma behind you would be to go with the ONE PIECE Champion replacement plugs or hold out for more choices that are bound to come in the near future. I'm sure Motorcraft will have something soon (I hope).

That was in 08 so they may have an upgraded Motorcraft plug now. Not sure.
