With the immense amount of information you've given us we should be able to pinpoint the problem with precision accuracy.

What year is your truck?

Have you checked your fuses?

Have you checked the bulb?

Are the blinkers inside the truck blinking rapidly?

Is it on one side or both?

Did you really think that with "got no brake light got tale light" we were going to be able to give you good advice?

there is nothing like setting yourself up for failure like walking into a Dealer and saying........"car here, you fix, me come back later"

You're probably low on brake light fluid. The fill point is under the hood, right behind your flux capacitor.
