2006 Explorer Fog lights won't work
Any ideas on what I should look at next to fix my Fog Lights as I have checked the fuse and it is ok. I put in a new fuse just to be sure but that isn't the problem. Lights and wiring look ok and there are no other electrical issues. All the other lights work ok. Manual indicated there is a dedicated fuse for the fog lights so I can't check anything else.

First thing to check is that the high beam headlights are not on. Since you should not be using high beams if it is foggy, Fords generally turn off the fog lights when the high beams are turned on.
Beyond that, you're going to need a test light or multimeter and start checking for voltage and ground at various points in the circuit.

I am not sure about the 2006... but to share a thought about my '96 that might hint of a clue. When I had a high beam problem it turned out to be a circuit board that was under the front center console. After removing the board, with archived advise from this forum, I was able to find a poor connect that need to be de-soldered then re-soldered and all working again. I know you are talking about the fog lights... but trying to help shed some light (pardon the pun) on your problem. Just a thought...
