Help ABS 2001 Expedition?

I have a 2001 Expedition 4x4awd, recently the ABS light came. Didnt notice to big of an issue til recently. When I brake the pedal starts to bounce while stopping. I thought pads were bad, I took the tires off front and back and all pads and rotors were in pretty good shape. I have no idea where to look next.. Any help would be appreciated!

ABS problems are hard to track with out a proper scanner, however, if the ABS light is on, all you need is a scanner that can read the ABS codes, most normal OBDII scanners won't. I have Autoenginuity it hooks up to my laptop, I only bought it because of my diesel, normal OBDII scanners wouldn't read the codes for it. I bought the ford expanded pack for it and it reads all Ford sensors including ABS and SRS. I think AutoZone or Orielly has and ABS only scanner available. Once you use one of those it will tell you which sensor is mess up. Hope this helps.
