looks like everyone has GREAT IDEAS. I guess my first question would have been steel or aluminum? We neighbor had a TOY that they could not get the front wheels off as they were aluminum and corroded to the hub. Ended up R and R of new tires while on the POS. Lots and lots of work.

 

had this happen to me recently also. turned a quick brake job into a real job!
PB blaster helped but finally broke it free by using a bar with a wide duck-type bill and gently prying between wheel edge and caliper back(I was replacing calipers also) After beating the snot out of the tire for two hours trying to break it free, the tool method popped it off with very little pressure required. used never seize around the contact face when I put everything back together so it hopefully wont happen again. Hope this helps
