where does the white line go from the vcv to the E in the carb circle? what does that stand for? the yellow line also in the carb circle that is S? I have 4180c and see that there are 2 ports one large and one small under the bowl in the front of the carb. the small one is capped with a rubber cap. I dont see any other ports at the carb....there is a tube for what I think is the for the choke...but I think it is for something else. help with what to connect to that would be great!

Mine has a similar setup, the "E" port on the carb is up at the top, right above the choke housing, and the "S" port is on the same side, just below the corner of the fuel bowl, IIRC. If this doesn't match, then someone may have swapped the carb at some point, and it won't match the diagram at all.
