Well, I ordered it 10/19 and it's at the dealer today! Problem is I can't pick it up until after the first of the year. WOW it's going to be a LONG DECEMBER! I'll try to get over to the dealer this weekend and post some pics. I sat in it and started it up today and went over it to make sure I got everything I ordered and all was good....CAN'T WAIT! LOL!

Some sort of tax thing I'm guessing? Too bad you can't take possession of it, that would be torture!

 

Not a tax thing, I'm buying it on D-plan (which is for immediate family of ford employees i.e. my father) Problem is he only gets to sell 2 per year on D-plan and he already has this year. So now I have to wait until next year so he's got 2 for the calendar year again. And yes it's day 1 and it's already torture!

That would kill me to have to wait a whole month with it sitting there on the lot. Hell it torture just waiting 3 months while it was on order and it sat on the lot for 1 day.

 

Ahh, gotcha. I bought on x plan so I know you're gettin' a good deal. It'll be worth the wait when youre signing the paperwork!

thanks, I'm very excited but somehow have to keep it together for the rest of the year! A couple things I didn't add to the order but will get once I get the truck will be the all weather floor mats and the roll up tonneau cover. also I'm going to get the fog lights. Can't wait, she's a sweet lookin' ride! Hopefully Sunday I'll get some pictures of it.

 

It's going to be a painful December but will be worth it. I've had my truck for a week now and I love it. Took a month from order to delivery, much sooner than I thought.

yup, very quick. It came in two weeks before the estimated delivery date I was given.
I posted up some pics in the Super Duty forum a few minutes ago, title is 'My 6 year old son said 'this thing is SICK' LOL
