My had 2 inch coil spacers on it with 33x12.5x15 BFG all terrains on 15x8 rims with I think 4 inch backspace. It only rub the radius arms, but just do not turn the wheels all the way. I have a 6 inch lift now with 35x12.5x15 and have the dual Rough Country stabalizers and it helped with the steering. I did not have or needed any stabalizers with the 2 inch coil spacer lift with the 33 inch tires.
Here a picture with the 2 inch coil spacers and 33 inch tires.

after your 2" leveling kit, were you able to get your alignment right without having to use cams or drop bracketry?

You will have to have an alignment done and will need adjustable camber bushings with any leveling kit.

I understand that, My question is after the 2" coil spacers, and alignment cams, was RAPTOR1971 able to get his truck back into stock alignment specifications, without the use of drop bracketry.

You should be able to lift the front up to 2 inches max without needed drop brackets. Most leveling springs do not require the drop brackets. Mine didn't on my previous truck. I'll be doing the same to my new one.

What springs are you going to go with. Does anyone simply make a spacer?

I suggest leveling coils, forget the spacers.

There are spacers. I went through all of this too. I finally went with the moog 844 springs. They are only like $68 I think. Some have said the 824 lifts it a little more (like an extra half inch or maybe a little more). Just FYI. I wanted the more heavy duty spring so I went w the 844 which is rated as the f250 springs and my truck is not quite level by like half inch however I do have a tow package which adds an extra rear leaf from the factory I believe.

Im just confused. Id pull the trigger tonight if someone could tell me which spring lifted how much over stock, but there are diff answers everywhere, which is what is pointing me towards a spacer, cause that's a straight 2-2.5"

You can't go more than 2 inches without getting axle pivot drop brackets. This really isn't complicated. You want springs that are called leveling springs. Look at Bronco Graveyard.

I understand how lifts work, I understand there is a max you can lift before dramatically altering your alignment beyond adjustment. Can you tell me which coil lifts more, 844 or 824? can you tell me how much over stock one lifts over the other?
