DP 100 horse tune and SB Con-O Clutch slipping
I had a southbend Con-O clutch installed in my 00 f-250 about 8,000 miles ago and everything has been working great in all my DP-Tuner programs. Yesterday in loaded the 100 HP tune my wife bought me for x-mas. Went for a 140 mile trip on the highway and after getting off the highway i could smoke the clutch in 2nd gear on up. now my 40t and 80e will make the clutch slip too. i had a fuel leak about a two weeks ago when my fuel filter cap o-ring cracked. Could the fuel have ruined the clutch? Is there anything that can be done too clean the clutch without pulling the trans?

Usually once a clutch gets fluid on it you are done! If it is slipping like that you will need to pull the transmission. I would make certain that your adjustments are correct before tearing into it though.
Then if you do pull it out, look into the drain tube that was installed by another member on here to eliminate the clutch from getting fluid on it again.

The problem for me wasn't the fuel on the clutch, you can burn that off. My problem was the throwout bearing got wet and I'm pretty sure the grease got washed away.
To get the thing to stop slipping go find a big long steep as you can possibly find hill. Do hard starts one after the other up the hill. I think I did about ten. Smoking hot clutch. After that mine worked fine for two weeks until the t/o started squeeling. Your results may vary but its worth a try for sure.

i loaded the 100 hp tune and drove 140 miles and parked the truck at a hotel. A half hour later i started it up and went to the gas station down the street after shifting to second gear i got on it and noticed my rpm's shot up and the speedo barely moved ... after that even in 40t it will slip. I did notice a quarter size drop of fluid on the floor this afternoon under the bell housing

i drove to town (15 miles) today for a meeting at work and drove hard there and still had some slipping, on the way home i could only get slip in OD with the 100 hp tune and after a couple hard pulls i couldn't get the clutch to slip hardly at all so i'm hoping it will stay holding. on a side note would it be bad to silicone some sort of plug in the rear valley drain??? How hot does the block get there?
