Holiday Sale - December 17th through December 31st
From December 17th through December 31st at midnight EST we'll be having an event-wide Holiday Sale. Save an additional $5 per car registered off of the already discounted pre-registration prices. This is a limited one-time offer and our way of saying, "Thank you! We appreciate your support and look forward to the 2011 showfield season." Applicable discounts will be applied at checkout.
Gate-N-Go: Your Green Light to Blow the Gate
Dont forget, to save time, money and hassle, you must pre-register before July 5th, 2011. By doing so, well mail you your entry window sticker and all the information you need to know once youre parked, like where to get your goody bag, dash card, etc. Pre-registration discount ends July 5th and all registration fees will increase by $10.
New for 2011: The judged showfield will park according to truck class and the judges will come to you. Judging is on Saturday only from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm for participants who register for the judged competition. Please be parked in your designated class, have your judging card available and your truck prepared for judging by 10:00 am on Saturday. Judging cards can be picked up at the Goody Bag garage upon arrival.
Please note: refunds will not be issued less than 19 days prior to the beginning of the event.
I know its a busy holiday weekend everybody but please remember to sign up thru Carlisle before July 5th to receive your discounted "blow the gate" entry. Its a good way to save $10!
Hey everyone, who's all going to Carlisle this year? My budy and I are headed out there Friday afternoon we get out of work around. Anyone else leaving this late wanna join up near Hackettstown? We're hoppin on 80 in Allamuchy and headin out there around 5:30 most likely.
