Looking for information regarding the "recommended" towing capacity GVCW

1987 Ford F-350 4x4
4 speed transmission

modifications ...

upgraded to 7.3L turbo diesel
4:10 gears
under/overdrive
lift with upgraded suspension
other ..

Original stock GVWR Range: 6,001 - 10,000 Pounds (6.9L diesel, 3.?? gears)

... i understand weight limit recommendations may be set by the manufacture for various reasons ... trying to get an idea where the max. tow limit might be .. when looking at trailers and fifth wheels some are fairly heavy (e.g. ~14,000 to over ~20,000 lbs) & tow vehicles (e.g. ~3,000 to over ~5,000 lbs)... if loaded truck weight is somewhere around 10,000 lbs (e.g. with camper) then towing capacity might significantly decrease ...
